How long it takes to receive my order?

Depending on the destination but not more than 14 days. Average time 7-10 days

Taxes and duties

In most of the cases there shouldn’t be any additional taxes on shipment. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees if any

Shipping fees

Delivery cost is €7 for all destinations. Delivery for orders above €39 is free of charge

Returns and refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product for its return. Please reach out to us via hello@loopglasses.com and state:
• Reasons of return
• Pictures of product if it’s damaged or faulty
Once we receive the products, we check the original condition of the product and refund the corresponding amount of the order if there weren’t any quality issues. Shipping costs are excluded from the return amount

When will I receive my refund?

You’ll receive the amount within approximately 10–14 days, depending on your bank, via the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
